Game Of Thrones Editor was the Woman killed by Lions in South Africa.

Game Of Thrones special effect editor Katherine Chappell, has been identified as the woman killed by a 9 year old lioness at safari park South Africa, on 1st of June 2015



The 29 year old has been in the country for just one week, to raise funds for an anti-poaching initiative when the lioness bit her on her neck and dragged her out of the car.
