He accused of her of plagiarizing the lyrics from his song "haters gonna hate".
It is is no news that Taylor Swift has been sued severally.
She has been sued for branding Lucky 13 on T-Shirts and face cap by the street wear company Lucky 13.
A Colorado DJ sued her after he was fired for allegedly grabbing her bottom in a photo shot. She has also been accused of ripping off a K-pop group in her "Bad Blood" video.
In this case, Jesse told New York Daily News that he was willing to let go. All he asked for was a selfie and a writing credit on "Shake It Off" but was denied.
He insist that it is his song so he is suing Taylor.
