Throw Back Friday: William Onyeabor, "When The Going is Smooth and Good, Many Many People will be you friend" (Listen and Download)

I woke up this morning and did a personal review of what has been going on around me these past months. 

 The one song that entered my head is;

"When the going is smooth and good" by William Onyeabor.
When the going is smooth and good


Then I smiled when I remember one thing that never took away the rhythm of this song, "Calisthenics".

Back in the days, we mimed this song at every school party, every children's day, every competitions with different calisthenics styles.


When The going is Smooth and Good is in his 1985 album called Anything you sow. 

If you are a born around around that time and you grew up in Nigerian, then you will never forget.

 If you do not know this song, If you never mimed this song and you never did calisthenics, we are not mates ooo.

 This was a household song back in those days, that made serious meaning and sense.

DIY Moisturizing African Black Soap

Have you ever tried using the African Black Soap for body bath or hair wash? I'm sure a lot of people have. The most commonly sold brand is Dudu Osun. I have used it severally for my hair and body and the truth is that I had my up and down sides. I read reviews  ( Amazon , FashStyleLive , Chloe's Makeover ) to satisfy my experience and found something convincing. I have a friend who is transitioning her hair she asked a lot of questions about using edible mayonnaise for her hair. Firstly, I have never tried using edible mayonnaise for my hair since I already have a jar of hair mayonnaise so I felt there was no need. Why waste my bread spread on my hair.
