How to Detox Your System in FIVE Days: See how much weight you will loose

Five Days Detox Plan.


Day 1, 2, 3

Start your morning with a glass of warm water and lemon


Eliminate: Alcohol, caffeine, sugar, meat, milk canned and fast food from your diet.
Stock up on fruits and vegetables required for the five days.
On the night before: Add a tablespoon of castor oil to warm water and drink for cleansing.

Detox Menu


Breakfast

Green tea / Lipton (very light) with lime / lemon
After one hour- Smoothie (pineapple, pawpaw, water melon, lemon juice, banana (1 small), etc)- Enough to make 60 cl


Lunch

One cup yogurt with a tea spoon yeast

Dinner

Beetroots, broccoli, spinach, carrots, apple, ginger, ½ celery stick, cucumber, sweet potato (little amounts please, enough to make 60 cl)

Snacks

Garden eggs, carrots

Plus:
Minimum of 2 liters of water everyday.


No: Alcohol, coffee, sugar, cooked food, milk …

Day 4: Eat five small meals strictly vegetables, salads, nuts, add olive oil and spices for flavor.   
  
Day 5: Brown rice, beans, vegetables, fruits and lots of water

Day 6:  Resume normal meals.
