How to get rid of Acne Naturally
Luckily, i have not been a victim of severe acne but i have people around who has a lot of experience and it is really pathetic.
What makes it more unbearable is that you do not pop acne else it will leave a black spot that you will have to worry about.
It is most important to know that a health lifestyle produces a beautiful skin. The tips that I am sharing today was gotten from my experiences, other people's experiences and internet research.
My Acne Experience
Fortunately do not experience severe pimple breakout in any other time in the month except during my cycle. Different experiences occur for different people, one of mine is acne.
When I get the pimple, I will always pop it. It is a reflex and I can't help it. My aftermath black spot would remain till when I forget and start to see it as a birth mark. This is a big concern for me.
Another kind of acne that I experience is the non-inflammatory kind. This is the white head type of acne that usually come as tiny rashes on my face and back
How to get rid of Acne Naturally.
Bath with Exfoliating gloves;
It results to a smoother skin and very easy to maintain. It pure nylon so just use soap and wash.
I got mine from Next Cash and Carry Super mart in Abuja, off Banex road for N600. online store sells for $14. It is long lasting and durable.
Use mild soap:
I have a very sensitive skin so i try my best to keep off very harsh antibacterial soaps and soap that have a high pH of above 9.5. I use soaps that contains a rich source of vitamins, essential oil and minerals.I discovered a natural home made soap formula and I will share the recipe it a later publication.
Avoid very hot bath:
Hot water remove skin's natural oil quickly. This also causes skin dryness. Hot water open the pores of the skin which can easily take in dirt.Moisturizer:
I use organic base skin moisturizers. Currently using my home made Shea butter and coconut oil base product. i will share recipe in later publication.Drink plenty of water;
Stay away from Caffeine and Alcohol. Caffeine can be commonly found in Coffee, fizzy/soft drinks,
Exercise regularly and Avoid stress:
- Use clean Pillow Sheets and Bed Covers
- Do not pop or press your pimples
- Wash your face off makeup thoroughly before going to bed at night.
